Gym based small group training where baby comes along with you (in the pushchair).

Sessions are taken in our well equipped gym and include

warm up, cardio, strength and flexibility.

It’s the perfect way to exercise in a group having fun,

with your little one close by.

Sessions are varied for all fitness levels.

If you opt for the additional full mummy MOT

many of your exercises will be personalised to meet your needs.

The Mummy MOT (optional)

A Mummy MOT is an hour long assessment which will

include a full postural screen, a pelvic floor muscle assessment if appropriate,

an abdominal-wall exam to check for any tummy separation

and screening for any bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction.

Why all mummies need it

Being pregnant and giving birth (whether naturally or via C-section)

causes a number of changes to your body that can lead to longer term

issues if left unchecked and untreated.

Such as:

Postural changes, Chronic pelvic pain, Muscle imbalances,

Altered alignment, Reduced core strength, Bladder and bowel weakness

It is important to look after your own physical health

to ensure that you can be a strong and healthy mum to your little one.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

All sessions take place at our local gym - 26-27 Raynham Road Industrial Estate, Bishops Stortford CM23 5PB
No FULL classes or problems with parking....plenty of space for everyone!

IS THERE ANY PARKING NEARBY?

Absolutely and its right outside our gym - it's FREE too!

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

No, we supply it all. You just need to bring yourself and some water! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?

No problem! You can access classes OnDemand via our app or jump on a LIVE ladies only class via ZOOM. Timetable below

CAN I JOIN THE CLASSES WITH MY BABY?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for mums to work out while their little ones watch or nap. If you need to get baby out of the pram we have play pens available.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY BABY?

Not a problem. We have a wall mounted baby changing unit in the shower room.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The sessions are based around quality workouts and effective exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – plus make you feel good.
