The sessions are based around simple but quality workouts and effective exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – plus make you feel good.

Absolutely because there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities and you simple go at your own pace.
We strongly believe in a long-term solution and creating a lifestyle change. Our aim is to help you flip that short term, quick fix Mindset, to one that is more focused on the long term and a forever solution. You can transform your entire body and mind without even realising it by focusing on the process, your daily and weekly actions, rather than solely on the outcome.
After the initial the 6 Weeks, there are a couple of options to continue as a monthly member. These will be discussed in weeks 4 or 5 of the program when you’ll have your Progress Call with one of our specialist coaches.
